I have and will begin submitting a copy of the New State Comptrollers report done on the benefits of renewable energy for to the town board and will leave a copy at the UPC Wind Office if they would like to see it. It brings up a lot of good facts about how effective wind turbines can be and how they will help New York State to save money. This is what is called scientific research. check you grammar george. how does it help new york?? will it lower taxes. i paid 8000 dollars on a 200,000 dollar property this year, can you afford that? what did you pay for taxes? big gov. bs!!

I followed the suggestion you made in response to an article on our website about CO2 emissions a couple weeks ago and picked up a copy of the Comptroller's Report you recommended from Rick Towner. Since then I've had a chance to read through the report and have posted a brief review of it on our website.
